Print Shop Terms + Delivery Information

printing

All artwork is printed in the UK by a carbon neutral print service.

giclée prints

Giclée quality prints are printed on Hahnemühle paper with a tactile texture and incredible image and colour quality through the use of pigment based inks and a 12 colour printing process.

c-type prints

Archival quality digital photographic prints using Fuji Crystal archive paper with a semi-matte finish.

packaging
210x297mm prints are sent flat. Larger prints are sent rolled in a tube and may arrive separately from the rest of your order. Where possible I will reuse packaging from suppliers so you may notice branding from other places.

ordering
I use Stripe, PayPal and Apple Pay to process payments for orders on my website, this means that I do not hold or store any credit/debit card data.
I do my best to ensure true colour representation however there may be some slight variance due to the way some screens display colour.
Please check the measurements of prints before purchasing.
Your order is only confirmed once payment is received.

delivery
I aim to process and print all orders within 5-7 working days unless otherwise stated; you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched to your address.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail.

If you have not received your items after 28 days or your prints are damaged, please email india@indiahobson.co.uk

International Orders
I currently only offer delivery within the UK.
